How to place your order
EMAIL US:
Send an email to sales@hoytcompany.com with your full name, phone number, billing/shipping address (please specify if you plan on picking the shirts up at our Clio location). Also include your design (if you have one), shirt colors, brands, and sizes. We’ll be in touch to get your order started right away.

GENERAL PAYMENT INFO
Once we receive your order information, we will email or fax you a final invoice and mock-up showing approximately how your finished product will look. Payment is required before we print.
Payment is accepted as:
- credit card: number to be exchanged over the phone
- check: mailed to Hoyt & Company P.O Box 182
Clio, MI 48420. Payable to Hoyt & Company - call if you need to make different payment arrangements.
MI residents are subject to 6% sales tax, if applicable.
Order Checklist
Avoid production delays; make sure your order is complete!
• Include correct product style, color of product, and exact quantities
• Include imprint color(s), and correct imprint location(s)
• Include anticipated in-hands date of product
• Confirm a ship-to-address and method of delivery
• Include contact name, phone and fax numbers(s), and e-mail address
Production Time
- Normal turnaround time (not guaranteed/ship time not included) is 10 business days, from when artwork is approved and order confirmation/payment are received. Need your order by a certain date? Let us know and we’ll do our best to meet your deadline.
- Rush service (subject to availability): 1-day: 100% of order total. 2-day: 75% of order total. 3-day: 50% of order total. 4-day: 25% of order total. Often we can meet these deadlines at a reduced rate. Call for info.
Promotional Products and Customer Orders (Domestic & Overseas)
• A production service estimate will be provided with quote prior to an order
placed.
OTHER Information
ARTWORK:
Any design you submit must be one that you created, or you must have the legal right to use. You may not use material owned by theirs unless you have their permission. Artwork to be supplied in vector format as an ai or eps file at actual print size with all text outlined, or as a raster image, such as psd, jpg, tif, pdf at 300+ dpi and at actual print size. Contact us if you need help with any of this.
Artwork charges (typesetting, clean-up): $Prices vary. Call for more information.

PRINT CHARGES:
- Heat Transfers: Custom names (up to 2″ tall): $6.00 per garment. Custom numbers (up to 10″ tall, 2 digit max): $4.00 per garment.
- No screen fee on orders over 100 pcs.
- Ink Change: $10 per color per design location.
- Prints on dark shirts may require a white underbase, billed as an additional color.
SHIPPING:
Shipping charges will be added to the invoice, and pick-up from our Clio location is always welcome.
